Acar Sawi Pedas

Bahan:

500 gr sawi putih

1 sdm garam kasar

Bumbu dihaluskan:

10 buah cabai merah

5 siung bawang putih

1 sdt cuka

garam dan gula pasir secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

Lumuri sawi dengan garam, biarkan 1-2 malam. Cuci, gulung setiap lembar

Campur bumbu halus dengan sawi. Biarkan 1-2 malam di dalam lemari pendingin. Hidangkan
