Daging bumbu rujak

Bahan :
Daging 1/2 kg, iris tipis
Santan
Air
Bumbu dihaluskan (sebelumnya ditumis dulu)
Bawang merah 8 siung
Bawang putih 3 siung
Kunyit 5 cm
Kemiri 5 butir
Cabe merah sesukanya
Garam
Merica

Cara olah :
Tumis daging dan bumbu halus hingga daging berubah warna
Masukkan air (kira-kira sampai daging terendam air), masak hingga air mendidih dan daging empuk, kalau daging belum empuk dan air udah abis, boleh tambah air lagi
Tambahkan santan sesuai keinginan seberapa kental kuahnya
Masak hingga mendidih
Siap dihidangkan.
