Baronang Bakar (Makassar)

Bahan :
5 ekor ikan baronang, bersihkan
1 bh jeruk nipis
Sedikit daun kemangi

Bahan sambal (haluskan):
1 sdm garam
5 buah cabai rawit
1/8 sdt terasi, bakar
10 bh tomat sayur kecil
2 sdm kecap manis

Cara membuat :
1. Bakar ikan hingga matang, angkat.
2.Siram dengan bahan sambal yang sudah dihaluskan. Sajikan.
