Kelo Merico (Pati)

Bahan :
1 ekor ikan panjelan atau ikan mas, potong-potong
1 liter air
2 lembar daun salam
3 buah belimbing sayur, dipotong-potong
1 buah tomat, potong-potong

Bumbu Halus :
3 butir bawang merah
1 siung bawang putih
2 buah cabai merah
1 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh gula pasir

Cara Membuat :
Rebus air, daun salam, belimbing dan bumbu halus sampai mendidih.
Masukkan ikan dan masak sampai bumbu meresap.
