TEMPE MASAK BUMBU RUJAK

Bahan:

  • 300 gr tempe, potong dadu 2 cm, goreng kering
  • 2 lbr daun jeruk
  • 1 btg serai, memarkan
  • 500 ml santan kental
  • 1 sdm air asam jawa
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 2 sdt gula merah iris
  • 2 sdm minyak goreng

Haluskan:

  • 5 bh bawang merah
  • 5 bh cabai merah
  • 3 btr kemiri
  • 1 cm lengkuas
  • 1 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus bersama daun jeruk dan serai sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan tempe goreng, aduk sampai rata.
  3. Tuang santan, bubuhi garam, gula merah, dan air asam, masak sampai kental.
