Copta

Bahan:

  • Kol 1/2 butir, cuci bersih.

  • Tepung terigu 1/4 mangkok.

  • Hing 2 sendok makan.

  • Merica 1 sendok teh.

  • Garam 2 sendok teh.

  • Ketumbar halus 1 sendok teh.

  • Air.

Cara Membuat:

  1. Kol diparut kasar, diremas, lalu dicampur bumbu dan tepung terigu, serta air secukupnya hingga merekat.

  2. Bentuk panjang pipih lalu dikukus sampai adonan keras.

  3. Angkat lalu potong-potong dadu.

  4. Goreng sampai berwarna coklat
