Jagung Bumbu Pedas Manis

Bahan :
4 buah jagung manis, potong-potong
2 sdm margarin
2 buah cabai merah besar dan 3 cabai rawit, haluskan
3 sdm gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
3 sdm air asam jawa pekat
taburan : 1 sdt piterselli cincang

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus jagung manis hingga matang, tiriskan.
2. Panaskan margarin, tumis cabai, kemudian masukkan gula pasir, garam dan air asam, setelah mendidih, masukkan jagung aduk rata, masak sebentar, angkat, taburi dengan peterseli cincang.
3. Sajikan hangat.
