Pallu Kacci (Makassar)

BAHAN

1) Daun singkong 1 ikat besar
2) Air 4 gelas

BUMBU

1) Bawang merah 5 buah
2) Asam 3 mata
3) Bawang putih 3 siung
4) Garam 1 sendok makan
5) Kemiri 5 butir

CARA PEMBUATAN

1) Bawang merah, bawang putih dihaluskan, dimasak dalam air hingga mendidih.
2) Daun singkong dicuci bersih, dimasukkan ditambah garam dan air asam, dijerangkan sampai masak.
