TENGGIRI ASEM PADEH

BAHAN:
▪4 pcs ikan tenggiri
▪2 cm jahe keprek
▪1 lbr daun kunyit
▪2 bh asem kandis
▪5 lbr daun jeruk

BUMBU HALUS:
▪15 bh cabe merah
▪7 bh bwg merah
▪garam secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT:
■balurkan ikan dengan garam diamkan +/- 1 jam
■tumis bumbu halus, masukkan jahe – daun kunyit – asem kandis – daun jeruk..
■masak sampai harum, tuangi air, masak sampai mendidih dan mengental
■masukkan ikan, masak sampai matang..

TIP:
▪pilih ikan yang berdaging keras.
